How it works

1. Home delivery
   Your iGene DNA test is delivered directly to your home. The kit includes a saliva collection tube and simple, step-by-step instructions to help you collect your sample easily and safely.

2. Register your sample
   Download the iGene app to generate your unique personal code. Attach the code to your sample tube and return it to the laboratory using the prepaid shipping provided.

3. Laboratory analysis
   Your DNA sample is first analysed by an independent research laboratory and then securely processed by iGene to create your personalised iGene Passport.

4. Receive your results
   The full process takes approximately 6–8 weeks, ensuring careful analysis and high-quality results. Once ready, your personalised insights are available in the app.
