This policy applies to all purchases made through BioAgeDiagnostics.

Test Kits

• Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used test kits are non-returnable.
• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

Digital Services & Reports

• Once a digital service or report has been delivered, it is non-refundable, unless required by law.

Failed Sample Policy

If a laboratory confirms that a sample cannot be processed:

1. First failure: reprocessing at no charge
2. Second failure: replacement kit where feasible
3. Persistent failure: refund or replacement at our discretion (excluding shipping unless legally required)

Failures due to incorrect collection or tampering are not eligible.

Statutory Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under EU, UK, or local law.
