These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BioAgeDiagnostics website, web portal, mobile application, products, test kits, reports, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are provided by BioAgeDiagnostics (VAT: DK46354729) (“BioAgeDiagnostics”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By using the Services, creating an account, purchasing a test, or submitting a sample, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any product-specific terms shown at checkout.
Markets and Intended Use
BioAgeDiagnostics distributes diagnostics and professional products supporting healthspan and longevity. The regulatory status and intended use of a product may vary by market.
- Wellness products are provided for informational and educational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, prevent, or treat disease.
- Clinical products are delivered through licensed healthcare professionals or authorised clinical partners, subject to applicable local regulations.
The applicable intended use is disclosed at checkout and in product documentation.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or age of majority), able to enter a binding contract, and authorised to submit any biological sample provided.
Ordering & Payment
Orders are binding once confirmed. Prices may vary by market. For UK and UAE deliveries, import VAT and duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Sample Collection & Labs
Samples are collected via authorised clinics or partners and analysed by qualified third-party laboratories. Samples are processed irreversibly and cannot be returned.
Disclaimers
BioAgeDiagnostics does not provide emergency services or replace professional medical care. Results should not be used as the sole basis for medical decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioAgeDiagnostics’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant Service in the preceding 12 months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Danish law, with disputes subject to Danish courts unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
